Removing Headers and Footers From Certain Pages

I have a 40 page document. I need headers and footers on pages 1 - 20 and
blank pages, no headers or footers, on pages 21 - 40. Any ideas how I can
achieve my goal?

At the end of page 20, insert a Section Break, Next Page. Then go to the
H&Fs for section 2 and clear the Link to Previous command. Now you can
delete the Section 2 H&Fs without affecting Section 1's H&Fs.
