Removing Hidden Office Data

MS offers rhdtool.exe for free download, to remove history from
Office 2002, XP and 2003 documents.

A note says that the program " .. has not been tested on Office
2000". Has anyone tried it with 2000? Any problems?

Woops ... should read " .. not tested with *Windows* 2000".
Still, the question stands ... does it work with Office 2000?

Hi Fred,

No it doesn't work with Office 2000 nor will it install if you are
using Office 2000.

If you also have Office 2002 or 2003 and the utility is installed you
will encounter an error message each time you start an Office 2000
application.
