Removing Holidays

I installed Outlook and customized it. I wanted both US
and Canadian Holidays, since I reside part of the year in
each. Somehow, I installed US Holidays, twice. So they
show up twice on each holiday date.

How do I remove the second US Holidays list? I've already
tried uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook. No good, the
holidays seem to be waiting for me after each reinstall.

Display your calendar in a table view - categories works well for this.
Scroll down to your Holidays category and delete ALL of the holidays. Then,
add them back in only once.
