I used to use labels and automatic formatting for calendar items in Outlook
2003 to colour code calendar items. I stopped using them once I got Outlook
2007 and now using colour categories which works much better.
However, even though I've removed the formatting rules, new calendar items
in Outlook 2003 still get the colour assignments. This only happens if I
create a calendar item in Outlook 2007 on one PC, which then gets
synchronised via an exchange mail account to the PC running Outlook 2003.
New calendar items I create directly on the PC running Outlook 2003 don't
suffer the problem.
Any ideas why this is happening?
Thanks
Mike
