Removing me as the PM

In the Task view in Project Web Access, I am listed as the Project Manager.

How do remove myself from being the Project Manager?

Thanks.

Have followed the exact instructions in your document for changing owner and
manager. Manager is receiving updates to existing tasks, but when a resource
adds a task herself, her update goes to the OLD (original) owner/manager. Is
this a bug, or have we missed something?

You are not doing anything wrong. I have seen the same behavior you see. I
believe it is an oversight on Microsoft's part. I will gladly invite others
to share their experience in working around this issue.

I've just replicated this problem.
The owner is pm2, they just did a republish (including become manager for
these assignments check box) and the assignments view still shows PM1 as the
assignment project manager.
Am just checking for MSP SP to make sure that is applied.

Well SP1 certainly helped, some of the "stuck updates" went through correctly
after sitting around for a long time but the project manager update still
didn't work.
I tried republishing for a single user at a time and had _some_ success. In
short this does seem to be a bug.
