Removing "Office 2004 Test Drive User" ID in E-mail

How can I permanently remove "Office 2004 Test Drive User" from my
e-mail headersl ?

I have replaced the Test Drive version of Microsoft Office 2004 with my
own fully licensed (and registered) version of Office 2004 Upgrade yet
the prefix: Office 2004 Test Drive User continues to automatically
appear on all e-mail generated on my Entourage account (and at the
bottom of e-mail from people responding to my mail).

Start up the app "/Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Additional
Tools/Remove Office/Remove Office" and it will offer you a choice of
removals - if the test drive is still listed there, select that & remove it.
If not, you have managed to partially remove it, and will need to remove all
office 2004 files (your data will not be affected) then re-install office
2004.
