Removing Office without the CD

I don't know why I'm bothering asking this question,
because I'm almost positive it is not possible...

How does one go about uninstalling Office without the CD?

Specifically I'm trying to remove Office 2000 Premium from
a Windows 2000 Pro machine. I have access to almost every
Office 2000 CD except for Premium.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your
time.
