Removing OfficevX test drive from Apple ibook

My daughter has a new ibook that came with a test drive
version of Office v.X for Mac. The test period has
expired. I have since purchased the full software but
there is a warning that I have to remove the test drive
software before installing the full version.

Unfortunately, when i go to remove the old software I get
aan error message that "only the user that installed the
software can remove it." How do I overide and remove the
old version??? I tried setting up and account
called "administrator" but that did not work. I have been
unable to reach Microsoft and do not find the product ID
anywhere on the software package.

Can anyone help????????

Wrong group, love. This group is for people runninng Office in a Windows
environment. You'll be needing a Mac group (you'll know them when you see
them they all end in 'mac').
