My company recently converted from Project Server 2003 to Project Server
2007. Archived projects were moved over and all the tasks associated with
them were assiged to individuals. I've opened up the Global Resources in the
project, marked them as "proposed" and then published but the tasks STILL
show up on their task lists. How do I remove them from the task list? I've
tried having them delete the tasks from their list, but that doesn't work
either.
Another note, I did manage to remove some tasks from my list and only have
one task now, but when I log in it still says I have "37" new tasks....minor
issue but how do I clear that to show the one task that I do have (which
isn't new, and I have opened it and updated it).
