Removing Outlook 2002 from Windows XP SP2

Hi
All of a sudden E-mails will not send. Have removed AV software, re-booted,
un-plugged, checked account details numerous times with ISP etc. Now want to
re-install Outlook to see if this solves the problem. However upon going to
control panel, remove/add programms, MS XP, change, highlight Outlook it only
lets me try and re-install the programme, when it is still on the PC.

Can someone please tell me how to remove just Outlook 2002 ?

Do the reinstall and see if it then sets the ability to uninstall or fixes
the issue.
