removing Outlook from taskbar when running

T

Thomas Sutton

Outlook is always open on my machines and it seems
unnecessary for it to always occupy a space on my taskbar.
Did Microsoft provide an option for it not to appear
there, as is the case for programs like Windows Media Player?

you can use a registry hack to put Outlook 2002 in the notification area
(tray) and the option is built into 2003.
