Removing Outlook Stationary

I need to remove stationary in our Exchange 2000
environment. Is there an easy way to remove stationary
via a group policy, or is there a setting within Exchange
system manager?

Geoff,

The closest thing available via system policy is to force the message format
to be either RTF or Plain Text. If the message format is not HTML then you
cannot add stationery.
