Removing paragraph option on reply and forward messages!

I've got a problem on the paragraph setting on my outlook. It opens the
paragraph options all the time when replying or forwarding a message! Also,
everything I write does not appear on the e-mail I send!

I changed the paragraph using control + * for any new message, but that
cannot be done with replies or forward messages!
