Removing Programs

I have several (SPYWARE) products on my computer. I tried
to remove SVA PLAYER and I get this error message,I
cannot remove program that it is write protected or being
used!

How do you remove these harmful programs from your
computer.

This doesn't seem like an Office question...

You disable them from starting or you stop them running before
removal.
As you don't mention your operating system, I suggest you try this
freeware:
