removing pup ups from infopath 2007 form

every time a user open an infopath for which is submited via emai, a pop up
screen about "digital signature " appears, i want to remove all pop up
screans that may appear.
Please help

Hi,
Once try the following steps.
1.Open the form in design mode.
2.Go to Tools -> options.
3.Go to Advanced tab.
4.Uncheck ‘Show a notification when opening forms that have been digitally
signed’.
5.Click ok.

Hi, the form can't be opened by design,it is sent by mail from access
database table!!
any help!!!!

I went to the Advanced Tab and didn't see 'Show a notification when opening
forms....' option box. Did I miss anything?
