When I added a few *.pst files to be managed by Outlook and then used "move
to folder" then these folders became part of the drop-down list of the "move
to folder" icon, however, now I removed these *.pst files again, but the
folders still persist in the list of folders that have been used before. In
effect I now have 3 received items folders and 2 sent items folders. How do I
flush all these so that only the ones I use from now on are added to this
list?
