I'm trying to update a long PowerPoint slide show originally created in
Mac PowerPoint 98, using Mac PowerPoint 2001 under OS 9.2.
The slides are full of "animations" (the gimmick under which successive
bits of text or bullets in a bulleted list appear one by one). This is
causing a lot of hassle (they aren't working right, stuff on the slides
sometimes appears, sometimes doesn't appear at all); I'd like to get rid
of all of them; and I'm finding the animation tools very confusing (the
interface in PPT 2001 seems different from what I remember in PPT 98).
Anyone have any advice on this? Notably, how to just get rid of or turn
off all the animations, slide by slide, or globally?
