BACK UP YOUR REGISTRY BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY CHANGES TO IT!
BACK UP YOUR REGISTRY BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY CHANGES TO IT!
To remove the Avery Toolbar (not the "ASK" toolbar) in version 4.0 of
Avery.
Go to regedit---then
My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINES\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook
\Addins\
Click on Addins
Then---AveryAddin.connect
Then In the right panel---delete all the entries (the--(default)
REG_SZ (value not set)---will remain)
Using this method I was able to get rid of the Tool Bar that kept
returning to and taking up real estate on my Outlook page. The Avery
wizard remained in my Word program and Excel.
