Removing the file attachment icon

Nittany Lion in Nevada

I have an e-mail signature that contains my company's logo as a bitmap image.
Everytime I reply to an e-mail or send an e-mail it attaches the file
attachment icon because of the bitmap image in my signature. Can I have
Outlook ignore the bitmap image as a file attachment?
