Removing trial version with Office 07

I bought a new PC (Vista) which as a trial version of Office '07 pre-loaded.

However, I think I would prefer to install Office 2003 instead; what is the
best way of doing so OR what is the best way of removing the trial version
of Office 07 from my PC?

Also, just in case I wanted to go with Office 2007 but use our Enterprise
license instead of the (presumably) regular version that is the trial
edition, what is the best way of going about this?

I had the same problem with an HP laptop. I tried uninstalling Office via
Control Panel, but it wasn't letting me. It turned out that on my m/c,
Office was present but wasn't fully installed. So, I simply installed it,
and then uninstalled it. That got rid of it.
