Removing unneeded pages(tabs) within an appointment

When expanding the "pages" tabs in an appointment, it
automatically assigns pages 2 through 6. We do not need
that many and would like to delete these from the page set
up. How can that be done? Tired all the usual/customary
way of deleting.

In form design mode, you can choose Form | Hide this Page, then republish the form.
