Removing unused fonts

I know HOW to remove the fonts I don't use/need, but I am
not sure WHICH ones I can remove without affecting
Windows or Word. Is there a way to find a list of fonts
MS uses for toolbars,icons, menus, etc. so I don't delete
one of them by accident?
