You could develop some client side routine to handle this
but it wouldn't be a very effective solution. The reason
why is that the user could still filter the dimension
(including higher accountability levels) and determine
amounts/activity for that level. Your best bet would be
to use dimension level security using SQL2000 Analysis
Services. That way you could explicitly determine what
the user can see, not only above there level but among
their peers.
