does anyone know how to remove update candidates from the office update page
if you do not wish to install them?

i keep getting these updates for the french launguage which i have no need
nor desire to install. but i would just as soon not have them show up on the
available office updates page every time i check.

Hi V.R.B.,

The French language proofing tools are part of
the English language Office editions, although
you may not have that feature set installed the
updates are set so that you can turn on/off features
without needing to go get an update at that time.

Hi V.R.B.,

In the present Officeupdate, no there is not.
Basically your product isn't up to date without
the change.
