Rename column and change date format (dd/mm/yy)

Hi,

How can I change the current date format for Start and Finish column from
dd/mm/yyyy to dd/mm/yy ?

And how can I change the column name like Actual Start to ActStart?

Hi,
To change the date format
tools-options-view-date format

To change the heading
Insert-column-in the title write the required heading

No it isn't !

That's to change to things like MM/DD/YY and YY/MM/DD.

Sorry, I should have read your message better.

Aren't these just date alternatives on the server where you are running WSS
and nothing to do with WSS / PWA ?

Thats what I thought. To change the date setting in the server.
Since I could not find any where in PWA to change the format.

PWA date formats are controlled by client Region and language options
in the operating system

Had made the change, but did not take effect though.

I have restarted the sever but alas the date is still in dd/mm/yyyy format.
I had change the short date and long date to display dd/mmm/yy

BTW, the Project Web is installed on a MS 2003 Server.

The format is determined by the client windows setting not the server.
