Rename mailbox folders option is always in grey color

I cannot rename a mailbox folder.
Using Outlook 2000,2002,xp,2003...it is the same i cannot rename
Inbox,Sent Items, etc.
The mail server is an Exchnage 2000.
I ve full mailbox access to mailbox.
Can anyone point me to any Microsoft KB or give me the soltion?
