rename tabs in the contact form

I customized the contact form in Outlook and I need to rename the tabs. How
can I rename the tabs form 2,3,4.

Ken Slovak - [MVP - Outlook]

In form design mode select the tab and then Form, Rename Page to name it to
whatever you want. Repeat for each modified tab.

When you are in design mode, one of the menus allows you to rename the tab. I
think it is the form menu.
