Renamed Switchboard form - now won't open

I know little about VBA, but I'm quite sure that it is the only hope for my problem. I had carelessly renamed the Switchboard form without renaming it in startup. Now, the database will not open at all because it is looking for the old name of the form. How can I correct this problem?

Hold down the Shift key while you open your database. Unless you've
disabled that option, it will keep the startup stuff from running --
including the Startup form.
