Renaming Access Tables

HI,
How do you rename a table without messing all the form
relationships and links up?
If you simply rename the table, non of the reports or
forms works. Is there a way of changing the table name,
but it automatically updates all the related records?

There is a software out there called Speed Ferret. I've
used it for Access97 and 2000. It works well. It is a good
search and replace tool. It's sold by Black Moshannon, (I
think).
