renaming formfileds

I have asked this before with renaming formfields when inserting a document.
This relied on inserting with section break.
Works fine.

I have a new project which I need to rename the formfield on the inserted
document which is added with:
.InsertBreak wdPageBreak
-added this way since I do not want the header and footer from the template
included. I had posted earlier on removing the header and footer when
inserting but, that did not work so am using page break.

How can I accomplish this if possible?

PS:
I have tried posting of 'Turning Off Same as Previous' to remove the footer
and header
