Renaming notes

I used to be able to rename Notes, but suddenly on my WXP machine the option
is missing from the menu, and on my machine with the NT 2000 operating sytem
the options are greyed out. What happened? If it is something Microsoft did
in one of the updates, it is very un-welcome.

How are you doing it and what happens when you try? all you need to do is
change the first line to rename them.

I was right clicking on the name associated with the Icon and choosing
"Rename" from the menu. THe rename option isn't there any more.
