Renaming of Project name in the the EPM

How do i install this tool? is there an instaruction how/where to install
this tool?

Are Project server tools are installed in the Project server or in the
Project SQL server?

The installation instructions are on the download page. You can install this
tool on any pc which has access to your projectserver environment.

Is there a way to rename currently checked out project by project object
module in project server 2007?
