Renaming Task Name to Activity Name Through out the project plan

Hi all,

Is there any way to replace the task name to activity name. I tried in
project professional 2003 by opening the enterprise global and double
clicking the task name field and changing the title to activity name.

But when i open up the Project Web Access its still showing as Task name in
all Task related views.

Any solution to solve this problem?

Any help will be appreciable.

Ancil:

You cannot rename standard fields globally. Field Labels work only in the
Project Client, not in PWA. You can, if you must, create a custom Enterprise
Task Text Field called "Activity Name" and set it to display the Task Name
value.
