Rendering problems & no RIBBON with beta 2007

Since I installed 2007 each time I open an html e-mail I get the error
"Report rendering problems". I ran the diagnostics & all came back OK. In
searching the web I came across some answers that do not eliminate the
problem. I also do not have a RIBBON accross the top of Outlook as I do on
Excel ect. I turned off e-mail scanning with AVG & still no solution.
Any suggestions would be appriciated.

The main Outlook window does not use the Ribbon.
