I have no relation, other than as a customer to Microsoft.

Just to make sure.

You had a trial version of ???? on a Windows XP machine. What was that
a trial version of? Did it come with the machine?

You bought ??? through your employer? (the trial version or the Office
2007 version?) Did you buy it separate from the hardware, or was it some
sort of package? What version of Office 2007 did you buy, there are
several. Was it an upgrade version? A student version? Was it installed on
another machine before the current one?

I suspect you bought an XP machine that came loaded with the trial 2003
version pre-installed. It has been my experience that those pre-installed
versions are deeply hidden on those machines and are worse that poison ivy
to get rid of.

BTW, ALL CAPS are difficult for most people to read. Using proper case
will likely get you more answers. It is also considered screaming, and
while I can understand your frustration, please keep in mind, the people
here are not (at least most) are not paid by Microsoft. They are just here
to try and help you on their own time.

ROB,
I AM SORRY THAT YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH VERY WELL.
SOME FRIENDS WHOM SAW YOUR E-MAIL TOLD ME THAT YOU MUST BE EITHER FROM INDIA
OR BANGLADESH.
I AM HANDICAP , CAPS ARE FOR CLARITY AND VISION EASINESS, NOT USE TO OFFEND
ANYONE.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT NOT ALL THE PEOPLE ARE LIKE YOU OR HAVE YOUR MANNERS.
I NEVER THOUGHT THAT I HAVE TO DISCLOSE TO NO ONE MY HANDICAP.
AT ANY RATE, I DID NOT MEAN TO OFFEND YOU , I HOPE YOU TAKE MY APOLOGIES.
THANK YOU ANY WAY .

I would suggest that you use the tools included in windows to make
reading easier rather than using ALL CAPS. I suspect you will find it
easier to read using those tools. Especially since it will make reading the
responses written in normal case easier as well. Using those tools you can
make the size of the font larger on the screen or even have it read to you.

Well phrased Joseph. :)
