renumbering rows in excel

Following use of the advanced filter, I am left with rows
that are not sequential causing problems for the automatic
subtotal function in my macro. How can I renumber the rows
so that they are again sequential and start at row 1?

Take out the "_NOSPAM" to reply by email.
