Reoccuring monthly appointments obeying work week

I've looked around the internet, but haven't been able to locate
something about this.

Is it possible to have Outlook obey the work week for monthly
reoccuring appointments? Say I want an appointment to happen on the
10th day of each month, but when the 10th day falls on either a
Saturday or a Sunday, Outlook pushes the appointment to Friday (the
9th day) or Monday (the 11th day) conversely.

Any help would be appreciated.

While in Outlook: "TOOLS | OPTIONS | Calendar Options | Calendar Work
Week" (check Sun & Sat as well)

No, outlook is not that smart. You could create the events in Excel and
import into Outlook.
