Reoccuring Pattern

Is it possible to have a monthly recurring meeting pattern set to business
days only?

Example:

Monthly/every thrid (3) day of the month ( if the first day falls on a
weekend, I would like the next business day (monday) be the first day for
this recurring purpose.
