Reopening attached e-mail

I frequently receive e-mails attached to my e-mail. I open the attached
e-mail, view it, and then close the e-mail. If I try to reopen that same
attached e-mail I get an error that says "Operation Failed."

Inorder to reopen that attached e-mail, I have to close outlook and reopen.

Please help.

I'm not sure it will work, but try clearing the Outlook Secure Temp Folder.
