reorder background pages

The Visio 2007 help text says:
"You cannot reorder background pages. They always appear at the right side
of the page tab area in the order in which they were created."

I know I can't move them via the UI. Any reason I can't do with with a
macro? Do I fiddle with the index values for the pages or is there another
technique?

I have a work around (but the pages will still be on the right-hand
end).
If you try out the utilities in my sig below, whole pages can be
copied, including background pages. Copy your background pages out to
new documents, rename them. In the original document delete the
background pages, then copy the duplicates back in in the order you
want.

Thanks, Paul. I do own your utilities -- and that was the first place I
checked for a way to solve the problem. Not finding "reorder all, including
background pages" I posted here!

Thanks for the suggestion -- if I get desperate enough, I may do as you
suggest.

Oh, sorry, Scott!
It's a fairly recent feature. Try the latest version. Updates with a
major version are always free.
