I don't have an Outlook 2002 installation at hand here to verify but I don't
believe you were ever (supposed to be) able of doing that. It should list
your mailbox at the top and any additional mailbox/storage location in
alphabetical order.

It's in the Navigation pane to the left under All Mail Folders. Yes, we
wnat
to reorg the order in which the Mailboxes she taskes care of appear...We
can't just click, drag and drop - that's when we get that "Can't move
special
folder" error. I hope this explains it a bit better - sorry and thaks for
your help so far...

In the Folder List? The entire mailbox (not just a single folder)?

We used to click and drag "Mailbox" but now it gives us the message of
Can't
move Special folders.

I have an exec admin that manages 3 mailboxes in Outllook 2003. We run
on
an
exchange server. Can we reorder the Mailboxes? She has "Mailbox - Joe"
and
Mailbox - Jim" and her own, "Mailbox - Jane". All we want to do is
change
the order that she sees them in. This worked with Outlook XP but when
we
upgraded to 2003 we lost (apparently) that functionality. Thanks....
