Right-click on the tab to be moved, and select "Move..." from the context
menu.
You can select the new location from the dialog box that appears. You can
move the section tab to another location in the same folder by selecting
the folder above which you want the moved section to appear.
You would have to move each section using this method to achieve a
particular tab order.
