Reordering Notepad Pages

Is there anyway to reorder pages in the Notepad tool? I want to use Notepad
as an outline mechanism, with each page having details about one major topic.
It would be helpful to be able to reorder the pages (and therefore the
outline in the page list window) as the need arises.

Same for me... I am also using it more or less as the previous outliner of
3.1 and it is more than frustrating not to be able to re-order!

I even do not understand what is used for ordering, I thought it was the
creation date but with my ten already entered notes it is not the case!

I've had the same question and have been unsuccessful in finding anything on
this topic. It seems that clicking on the column heading works for most of
the other tools, but not the Notepad tool. It seems like such an obvious
and/or intuitive control, yet it's missing. Any help would be appreciated.
