Repair Database

I have a access database wich is used by 4 users. 2 or 3 times a day it's saying database is corrupt
or is not a database, do you want to repair it. Before i can do this, all users need to close the database.

Does anyone have an idea what this can be, i'm out of options.

One of the most frequent causes for repeated corruption of a database is
having your users accessing a single copy of the database stored on a shared
drive, rather than using the "best practice" of splitting the application
into a front-end (all Queries, Forms, Reports, Modules and Macros) and a
back-end (all shared Tables) and installing the front-end on each user's
