You can repair you .docx file in following ways

1. Open and Repair feature of Microsoft Word

File menu > click Open > select the damaged document > now click th
down arrow on the Open button > click on Open and Repai

2.Save you document in .rtf or .txt fil

3.Try OpenOffice to open corrupt file

4.Try third party Word Repair utility.
