repairing outlook 2003 under w23k terminal services

I am having a problem with an external citrix/terminal user's outlook
reminder popup that appears corrupted as it doesn't display on startup and I
get a generic oultook error message in the right hand corner. The problem is
that if I try to use the outlook tools such as ostfix I get an error message
saying that the tool cant work under terminal services. If I setup the user
on our LAN Outlook works fine. So whether there is way of repairing OUtlook
under TS or deleting the outlook profile from TS I am just not sure. Can
anyone assist please?
