Repairs made by word

Hi,

Can anyone suggest a solution to the following error. In word 2002 (XP)
after modifying a document and trying to save it I get the message "This
file contains repairs made to it by word. Saving the file will make these
repairs permanent. It is recommended that you view the repairs before saving
the file".

When I go to view there is nothing in the list. Currently there is SP2
installed with this. Also I have noticed that when I go to open a new
document it is asking to enable or disable macros. I have also run office
repair but to no avail.
