repeat a column onto another page

I have a report that I am using that is too big to fit on a legal size sheet
of paper. I would like the employee name from the first page to carry over to
the second page so that we can see who has attended the classes that are
listed. How can I make the name field repeat?
Thank you any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you grouped the report by Employee?
If so set the Employee Group's Repeat Section property to Yes.
It's on the Property Sheet's Format tab.

No I have the employees grouped by there dept number. Currently we track 20
training sessions and I can only fit 12 on a page so the other 8 sessions are
reported but they are not attached to anyone.
I maybe in over my head on this one as I have been looking for the repeat
section to change to yes but can not find it???

So add another group and group by the employee. Then in the group header you
can put the information you want to repeat.

Did you set the Group's repeat section property to Yes (True)?

Well, I can't figure out why this doesn't work.

It should. Obviously you are doing something that I am missing or there
is something in the setup of your report that is different than what I
expect.
