How do I get contacts to repeat company information so I don't have to retype
the addresses of all the people form the same comapny

Using the "New Contact Same Company" button instead of the "New Contact"
button is an easy way when you are entering a stack of people at once.

Exactly where you will find the button depends on your version of Outlook
and you forgot to mention that.
