Repeat header even if no change

I have made a sorting and grouping header of a field
called Contract_Type, and toggled the group header to Yes.
How can I get the Contract_Type to appear at the top of
each page, and also where ever it changes (if it changes
in the middle of the page), even if it has not changed.

If I put it in the page header it only shows it contract
type which begins that page. If I put it in both the page
header and in the group header, then on some pages I get
it appearing twice!

I would like it to appear at the top of each page, but
also where it changes, if it changes somewhere during the
page.

Put it in the group header and set the group header
section's Repeat Section property to Yes.
